Two fungi

This picture shows two species of fungi, which grew on a rotten tree stump in the Kottenforst (a forest near Bonn, germany). The one species is a mushroom, probably a Sulphur tuff. The ball on the picture is a young, not yet open and therefore round mushroom hat. In this hat a mould (obviouly a (???)) grows, now forming its own fruits - the little "hairs" with the tiny black heads.
