Lophocolea heterophylla
The strange white filaments on this picture are the stems, on which the
capsules of the liverwort Lophocolea heterophylla are raised. (The terminus
technicus for this kind of stem is seta.) The capsules are the small light
brown balls. The plant itself can't be seen on this picture. It grew together
with some other frequent mosses of woods and meadows. E.g. above one can see
some capsules of Atrichum
undulatum. The green branches below probably belong to some Brachythecium- species (link
only in german).
